| GENERAL
The students shall undertake to refrain from
doing anything, which may cause injury or insult
to Head of the Institution, teachers Officers
and other staff of the Institution.
174. Every student is required to undergo a period
of certified study extending over not less than
five academic years between the date of commencement
of his / her study of the subjects comprising
the medical curriculum and the date of his / her
final qualifying examination, provided that the
last three years have been spent in the study
of the clinical group subjects.
175. Any student found at any time to be unsuitable
to make a good doctor can be asked by the Principal
to leave the course.
176. Students are required to observed order
and discipline at all time in the College.
177. Students are forbidden to address any higher
authority directly other than the Principal. Any
communication intended for such authority must
be submitted through the Principal who will forward
it he considered it desirable.
178. A student who wants address the principal
through a letter must do so on Individual basis.
Joint application is prohibited and will not be
entertained.
179. Any student wishing to seek interview with
the Principal has the right to do so during the
hours specified by the Principal for the purpose.
180. Smoking within the classroom / laboratories
/ Dissection Hall and Wards is strictly prohibited.
181. No game of any sort is to be played during
the College hours in College premises.
182. Any student breaking or damaging any College
property shall be required to pay the cost of
repair or replacement.
183. No student on admission is allowed to seek
employment of any nature or admission to any other
College or Institution, nor he / she should have
any connection with a private Dispensary or Clinic.
He / She shall not pose or work as medical practitioner.
184. Any student taking part in politics or provoking
communal/ tribe feeling shall be dealt with under
the College disciplinary rules as deemed fit by
the Principal.
185. An academic and general record of every
student shall be maintained by the College and
the Parents / guardians will be informed when
necessary.
186. Every student must possess an identity card
signed by the Principal.
187. All irregularities, neglect of duties and
branches of discipline brought to the notice of
Principal by the Teacher concerned shall be dealt
with under disciplinary rules.
188. In dealing with any offence disobedience
misconduct in the college and hospital premises,
the Principal shall decide whether it is to be
dealt with by:
189. An apology verbal or written.
ii) Fine.
iii) Suspension of Scholarship.
iv) Suspension from the College.
v) Rustication from the College.
vi) Expulsion from the College.
vii) Any other action as deemed fit by the Principal.
190. The Principal is competent to remit the
fine imposed by him.
191. The decision of the Principal in all cases
will be final.
192. The academic council of College comprises
of the Heads and professors of the Departments
of the College, with the Principal as its Chairman.
It meets as and when desired to discuss and advice
on academic administrative and disciplinary matters.
193. The Travelling concession shall only be recommended
during the notified College holidays and that
too for the home town as intimated by the student
in his / her admission form.
194. Un-disbursed scholarship, if not claimed
within a month from the due date, will be refunded
to the Government.
195. On completion of studies, provisional or
other certificates will only be issued on the
production of No dues certificates from the Cashier,
Warden and Librarian. If at any later stage Govt:
money is still found outstanding against the individuals,
it will be recoverable as Land Revenue.
196. Internship for a period of one year shall
be compulsory for every student after passing
the Final Professional MBBS Examination.
197. Meeting or other activities of a political
nature are not allowed in the College premises.
198. No outsider person shall be invited to address
a Meeting in College premise without the permission
of the Principal. In all cases a responsible person
approved for the purpose by the Principal shall
occupy the Chair. The subject for address or debate
shall be fixed after obtaining the approval of
the Principal in advance.
a. No student shall address a Press Conference.
b. No student shall write to the Press on the
following subjects:
i) Political or related subjects.
ii) Matters concerned directly or indirectly
with the administration of the College, University
or Departments or any Government of Educational
Institution in Pakistan or abroad.
